Team Drew Motorsport headed out to Avalon Raceway on November 8th for their second race meeting of the season with first meeting nemesis Darren Cockerill also along for the hit out. In a small field the opportunity was there for the team to stretch its engine legs to see what they have available to them for the major races coming up starting in December.

Team Drew Motorsport has been busy both with racing and with business with a couple of projects on the go back home in Geelong it’s taken a little time to get down to wrapping up the season. For many it’s old news however it has been a tough end of the season for the team and all associated and a much needed getaway from the race track has begun.

This Easter weekend in Maryborough Queensland, Team Drew Motorsport set about the massive task of trying to reclaim the Australian Modified Production Sedan Title they held in the 05/06 speedway season as one of 60+ entry’s wanting to take home the glory over Easter.
Rough Night Out At Nyora

Saturday night 23rd of February saw the running of the Victorian Saloon Car Federation 2008 Modified Production Sedan title held at Nyora Speedbowl in South Gippsland. Team Drew Motorsport made it to Nyora primed and pumped for the opportunity to take home the Victorian # 1 number plate for the coming 12 months along with 25 other race drivers from Victoria, South Australia and even Brisbane.
Victory Wets Appetite For Upcoming Victorian Title

Team Drew Motorsport headed down to Gippsland on January 19th for the Vic Hallas Memorial feature event for Ascf Speedway Sedans with the intention of getting a feel for this season’s race surface and picking a set up for the all important Victorian Championship to be run on the same race track on February 23rd.

After a tough week in the sheds and at team Dyno headquarters the Geelong Tune Up Specialist’s, Team Drew Motorsport headed off to Rosedale unsure if they had done enough to repair their race car after a rough Adelaide event 7 days prior, but determined to see just how close to the pace of the leading Victorian cars they are early in the season.
